The Diversity Advisory Committee

Reflecting the Philadelphia region Steering Committee’s commitment to volunteers that represent the area’s diverse communities, voices and perspectives, the Diversity Advisory Committee will bring together diverse voices from the area LGBTQA community to make recommendations to the Philadelphia region Steering committee regarding diversity outreach, plan networking and coalition-building events, and direct strategic planning for HRC’s Philly region diversity efforts. The Committee will also work to disseminate the message of the importance of federal advocacy work for the LGBTQA community.

The Advisory Committee will consist of members of local LGBTQA organizations and communities. Our goal is to bring together a diverse spectrum of individuals with different ideas and approaches to ensure both breadth and depth of our activities.
